What to expect in this questionnaire

This questionnaire will guide you step by step through the process of answering the questions needed to complete a personalized, California living trust.

Most of our clients answer the questions in as little as 15 minutes. If you have questions during the questionnaire, we have a text help line to assist you: 316-76-TRUST or 316-768-7878.

Here is what you can expect:

Personal Info

A trust can be created with property from one or two people. You will be asked the personal details of the people putting property in the trust, also known as grantors.

Property

You will be asked the details of the property and real estate.

Gifts

You will be asked to name family members, friends, or charities (known as beneficiaries) that will receive the trust property when you or the other grantor passes away.

Representatives

You will be asked to name people who will manage the trust property and gifts when you pass away.

We will create your custom living trust for $699.00 which can be paid via credit card to Gomez Law, APC. Notary fees, grant deed creation, grant deed recording, recording fees, escrow fees, and/or title insurance fees are not included.

NOTARY FEES: In most cases, a California notary public may charge a maximum notary fee of $15 for each signature.

Should your living trust require additional customization, it is at the discretion of Gomez Law, APC if you/your living trust will require a consultation with our estate planning attorney and/or additional legal fees.
